What type of training do you do?
My current workout schedule is a split between 3 weight training sessions per week with 1-2 HIIT sessions in-between the days I don’t do weight training.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
I’ve learned to be more flexible with my workout schedule! Life happens and sometimes I miss a workout or need to shift some workouts around and that’s OK. Be sure to give your body the rest and recovery it needs and most importantly workout for yourself and your health!
