What type of training do you do?
I do weight training 4-5 times a week and sometimes I include a HIIT workout. I always thought weight training is all about bulking up and building muscle mass, but I realized that it goes way beyond that and I fell in love with the progression I made.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
I feel fitness is more than just looking good – It is about feeling good on both the inside and outside! The moment I realised how movement changed my body, mood and overall happiness was the moment my new lifestyle began! Tip: Make exercise a joyous experience, not a chore.
