Tell us a bit about yourself. What do you do for a living and what are you interests?
I play rugby for a living and when I'm not doing that, I like going to the West Coast and spend some time there. I love the outdoors.
What is your personal motivation for achieving and maintaining your physique?
Well for me it's quite simple, if I don't, I won't be playing on weekends. Rugby is a very competitive sport and if you don't look after your body, you'll be exposed on the field and eventually the coach won't pick you anymore.
How important are supplements in your eating plan?
It's very important, we do lots of physical activities during the week leading up to a game. To assist your body to recover and get the necessary protein it needs, it's important to get the right supplements into your system.

I think to always try and improve in every session, because if you don't, you are wasting your time.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
There's 2 things I can think of now and that's hard work will always beat talent if talent doesn't work hard enough and if the dream is big enough, the facts doesn't count.
